Micro Focus is proud to announce its presence at the Service Management Congres, on June 28 2022 at the Van der Valk Hotel in Veenendaal. This inspiring event is all about creating the perfect employee experience, apart from their working location. Smart IT Service Management is essential for this goal. Our contributions will focus on this topic.

Process optimization is a theme that is close to Micro Focus’ heart. This is why we became one of the partners of the Service Management Congres. This one day event, focusses on the current and future state of employee experience optimization; a topic that has gained more weight and renewed attention, given the rise of hybrid work. The program is aimed at organisations, especially at their IT, HR and Finance teams.

Discussed subjects include, amongst others:

  • how to improve the employee experience;
  • the impact of this optimization on your organization;
  • the possibilities of automation to make work easier.

The talks covering these topics are given by CEO’s and other professionals. One of the speakers is our own Joel Eijssen, Micro Focus’ Solution Consultant, who is joined by Marco Soesman, co-founder of our partner Novictus. Together, they will discuss the importance of automation for a streamlined service management. Of course, there’s time to ask questions after the talk, or chat about it later that day.
